The Apostolic Pathway Initiative is FCI Mission Africa’s leadership development program designed to equip churches and faith leaders to embrace their apostolic calling—being sent, empowered, and rooted in purpose. This initiative mobilizes clergy, lay leaders, and congregations to lead transformative mission efforts in their communities, guided by the Spirit and grounded in Scripture.
By strengthening the spiritual, leadership, and missional capacity of faith leaders, the program enables them to engage more effectively in FCI’s adolescent-focused work. Apostolic leaders are positioned not only to preach and serve, but to advocate, mentor, and mobilize support systems for adolescents in distress—bringing healing, dignity, and hope to the next generation.
John 20:21 – “As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.” — Jesus commissions His followers to carry forward the mission.
Acts 13:2–3 – The church in Antioch discerned and sent leaders through prayer and fasting—modeling Spirit-led apostolic sending.
Romans 10:15 – “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!” — affirming the dignity and urgency of mission.
Ephesians 4:11–12 – Apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers are given to equip the church for works of service.
These scriptures affirm the church’s identity as a sent people—called to proclaim, serve, and transform.

The Aquila & Priscilla Fellowship is FCI Mission Africa’s faith leadership development initiative designed to empower clergy and their spouses with enterprise skills, financial resilience, and relational support for sustainable mission work. Inspired by Apostle Paul’s tent-making ministry and his partnership with Aquila and Priscilla, this program affirms that economic empowerment is integral to effective, dignified, and enduring service.
By strengthening the economic foundation of faith leaders, the program enables them to engage more deeply and sustainably in FCI’s adolescent health and development work—freeing them from financial strain and positioning them as credible, consistent advocates and mentors within their communities.
Acts 18:3 – Paul worked with Aquila and Priscilla, modeling vocational integrity and partnership in ministry.
1 Thessalonians 2:9 – Paul labored “night and day” to avoid being a burden, showing the value of self-reliance in mission.
Romans 16:3–4 – Aquila and Priscilla are honored as co-workers in Christ, highlighting the power of ministry partnerships.
Proverbs 31:17–18 – The virtuous woman is industrious and resourceful, affirming the dignity of enterprise and stewardship.
These scriptures affirm that economic activity, partnership, and mission are deeply intertwined in biblical leadership.
